I Am Legend by Richard Matheson

Robert Neville is the sole survivor of a pandemic that turn everyone into vampires and he spend his time walking the line between depression and alcoholism. In daytime he drive around town and collect supplies and at nighttime is his in his barricade home trying to find a cure and listening to the monsters screaming outside.

The story of this novel feels a bit thin and character and events that one would like to read more about is ignored. Overall it feels like the title was the first thing thought up for this book and then the whole book had to be written so the title could be used as the last line. It work’s but i prefer a longer story with more depth in the details.
